AV Set-up
To prepare for our speaking event, arrange to have the following for our use:
- Wireless mcrophone
- 8 foot or larger projection screen
- AV cart for the projection unit
- Extension cord from the power supplie to the AV cart
- Small table for handouts and reference items
- Flipchart or whiteboard with markers
