What will you do different in 2009? There is an old saying: If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always got. Is that what you want for 2009? If not, what are you doing to change it?
Change comes in many shapes and sizes. I think one of the biggest changes that agents and brokers need to make in 2009 is a change in attitude. It has been a tough few years here in the states but we are getting reports of increased activity across many parts of the country. That is great news, but I don’t think we are going to see a turn around until the end of the year, so here are some questions to ask yourself: What are you doing to remain positive and on top of the market? How do you insure a profitable and successful 2009? All the experts agree that recruiting and retention are more important than ever, and those with the best attitudes are doing better that ever!
For the past quarter we have been sharing the results that other brokers have had in 2008 following our newest training program, One on One with Judy LaDeur. Why is it different? We work in groups of eight, One on One, to insure your success when you get back to your office. Brokers who completed our One on One training in 2008 had their best year ever in recruiting. If 2008 was not your best year in recruiting, then you need to register for One on One with Judy LaDeur in 2009. Why?
