One on One with Judy LaDeur

This exceptional event is for those who are serious about developing their interview skills. The class is limited to 12 individuals and is conducted face to face around a board room table with Judy LaDeur and Kathy Baker. You will learn everything necessary to hire the agents you want. Including: How to select the best candidates for your office, sizzling dialogs, powerful interview and closing skills, marketing materials specific to your office and how to address the toughest challenges that brokers and recruiters face in today’s market. You will role play and rehearse your scripts in front of your peers as well as Kathy and Judy. You will be critiqued and evaluated in the session by Judy LaDeur and Kathy Baker as well as your peers. Each candidate also gets a written evaluation after the session.

The Recruiters Retreat

This powerful three day event cab be customized to your company. Participants will learn recruiting systems for new and experienced agents, dialogs to recruit new and experienced agents, presentation skills designed to sign them up in one interview, how to hire on value, not money, and overcoming any stall or objection. Bonus topics include retention, holding your new agents accountable to be productive in less than 30 days, and general management support for today’s market. The retreat is for companies with 8 or more managers and recruiters. It is conducted in your hometown and specific to your organization.

The Professional Recruiting Course

Five Sessions - Ten Weeks - Spaced Learning

In The Professional Recruiting Course, participating brokers and managers go through a series of five progressive workshops designed to teach them

  1. how to set up strong prospecting systems,
  2. develop strong interview and closing skills,
  3. build agent loyalty and improve retention and
  4. the latest defensive strategies in recruiting warfare.

This CRB accredited, intensive program focuses on:

  • SKILL BUILDING - Each of the workshops gives our participants the opportunity to "practice" specific techniques and dialog. Interactive class exercises teach participants how to integrate what they are learning into their individual management style.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY - Participants will be held accountable for specific assignments throughout the ten weeks. Their recruiting activities will be monitored.
  • MEASURABLE RESULTS - A Certificate of Graduation will be given only to those participants who successfully complete assignments, which includes actually hiring a minimum of three licensed agents.

Over six thousand (6,000) graduates have averaged 7 or more hires during the workshop!

Participants receive four credits towards their CRB designation plus:

  • Thirty hours of hands-on, "how to" instruction
  • Field assignments which require participants to implement the systems
  • A complete workshop manual with two cassette tapes to reinforce dialog and classroom information
  • One-on-one personal consultation and assistance as needed
  • Systems that deliver results during the course, and after.
